You must call or email ahead of your scheduled tour for a full refund. There are no refunds for cancellations if you decide not to show up, but we will work with you to reschedule your tour. In the event that you are unable to contact us, a full refund will be issued no questions asked.

They also allow us to notify you of changes to the tour due to weather or unforeseen circumstances that could disrupt the tours.
