We are a touring company that specializes in you, our guest. What we are NOT is just a boat ride taking you to see the sights. Sharing our beautiful island and creating memories that live on is our goal. We can accommodate anything within reason, so please do not hesitate to ask.
No, we do not charge any extra fees or fuel surcharges. The listed price is the price you pay. If you book a private trip that does not include any tours then you are responsible for paying entrance fees to the parks and whatever else you wish to purchase. Feel free to tip your captain and crew if they treat you right!
If you book the tour prior to traveling please bring a copy of your email, digital or printed, stating the booking date. You may also book on the day of the tour at the boat.
Please contact us to get the latest information on your desired trip. You and your guests will have the boat all to yourselves. We will host up to 14 people!
Wear whatever is comfortable. It is recommended to have a sturdy pair of broken-in trail shoes, boots, or sneakers. It is preferable to dress in layers and wear clothing that will wick away perspiration and keep you dry and comfortable. Swimwear is a must for snorkeling. You may opt to wear an older swimsuit for the mud bath, as the minerals take some time to wash out.
Maybe a camera to capture that special moment. We do suggest you bring appropriate clothing to fit the season and a day pack to carry extra snacks and water. Don’t forget the sunscreen!
You must call or email ahead of your scheduled tour for a full refund. There are no refunds for cancellations if you decide not to show up, but we will work with you to reschedule your tour. In the event that you are unable to contact us, a full refund will be issued no questions asked.
Yes. Reservations are required for guaranteed spots on all tours. Reservations help us determine the number of guides we need to ensure that our groups remain manageable and enjoyable. They also allow us to notify you of changes to the tour due to weather or unforeseen circumstances that could disrupt the tours. If you just found us, don’t worry, it is likely that we can accommodate you.
We do tour in the rain and any other weather conditions that nature decides to throw at us. After all, we are in the Caribbean, usually the rain passes quickly and the sun is back out in no time! If the weather is unsafe for any reason, the trip will be changed or postponed. You will be notified if there are changes due to weather.
